The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from SK Welding Equipment A/S Webshop at www.sk-svejs.com
Conditions apply in cases where no other written agreements between you as buyer and SK Welding Equipment A / S.
The purchase on our webshop payment terms are 30 days net, unless otherwise agreed. By late payment we calculated 1½ pr. month.
The prices in the shop are exclusive. VAT.
Shipment is via GLS.
Any errors or shortcomings in the delivery from our shop, the complaint must be received within 2 weeks from the time of shipment.

To get your item delivered you have to pay freight. The load depends on the size and weight of the package.
If you regret your purchase (right of withdrawal)
You have 14 days of cancellation, right when you shop at www.sk-svejs.dk
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you;
have received your item
gets the last item in physical possession when it comes to an agreement on several different goods ordered in one order and delivered individually
get the last lot, or the last part in physical possession, in the case of an agreement for the supply of a product consisting of several lots or parts
gets the first item in physical possession when it comes to regular delivery of goods over a certain period
You must inform us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by either mail or telephone. In your message, you must make clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You can not undo by simply refusing to receive the goods without giving us clear notice of this.
You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must pay the direct costs of returning the goods. Upon return, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are packed properly. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.
The item's condition when you return it
You will only be liable for any deterioration of the value of the product due to handling other than that necessary to determine the nature of the product, its characteristics and the manner in which it operates. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item is tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or nothing of the purchase amount, depending on the merchandise's commercial value.
In order to receive the entire purchase amount, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You must test the item, but do not use it in actual use.
Repayment of purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you have deposited with us. In case of an impairment, that you are liable for, this purchase amount is deducted.
If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except extra costs due to your own choice of delivery form other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer),
without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notice of your decision to cancel this agreement.
We will make such a refund with the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, unless you have previously submitted documentation to have returned it.
What should I send back?
You must attach a copy of the order confirmation. The expedition goes faster if you also fill out our form / standard withdrawal form or attach the following;

If something is wrong with the item (warranty)
The law on deficiencies may apply to purchases of goods.
How fast should I advertise?
You must advertise within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you advertise within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

It is not a requirement, but it facilitates our case processing and minimizes the processing time for the complaint.

We make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with SK Svejsemateriel A / S and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
When collecting personal data via our website, we ensure that it always happens by submitting your explicit consent so that you are informed exactly what information is being collected and why.
Information submitted to SK Svejsemateriel A/S is not disclosed or sold in any way to third parties and we do not record any personal information. The only think we record is name, address and phone number to settle the buy from us
As registered with SK Svejsmateriel, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know what information is registered about you.
